I don't have a building experience to share, but this review is more about character. My wife and I were bicycle riding the Tunnel of Trees, last weekend, and my wife bonked. We pulled into the office parking area of Woodland Builders. A gentleman, I assume was the owner, walked over, unlocked the office, and invited us to sit inside. Though we refused his hospitality, he would periodically come back outside and extend the offer. He was genuinely concerned for my wife's well being. As we waited for her recovery, another employee or sub-contractor entered the lot. Both gentlemen, multiple times, offered to take us and our bikes back to Harbor Springs. I was taught the true character of people is how he or she acts when not in the spotlight. Based on that statement, I believe Woodland Builders would provide honest, quality work at an affordable price.
