Easy access to skiing and the beach. Quiet and very well maintained.
Love this place. Nice and quiet. Lots of room in the condos. Great trails for walking during the summer time at Nubbs Knob. For winter even better for access to cross country trails and ski lofts tight outside your doors. Nice pool and whirlpool at a short distance walk. Prices are also better than a hotel. Worth a look you will not be disappointed. Been staying there for summer vacation over 15 years now.
